Academics
Our Admission Policy
Prior to admission, all students entering The Lords International School will take an entrance exam except CDC-I students. Results from this exam, together with transcripts from previous schools and child’s age will be used to make decisions on acceptance and grade level placement. Some exceptional students may not be required by the Director to take any test. The school administration’s decision on all placement and admission determinations will be final.

We work together in partnership with parents in common purpose so that each individual may go further than they thought. Run faster than they hoped. Reach higher than they dreamed. Achieve more than they could imagine, in a search of personal excellence. These are not mere words but a commitment to achieve and maintain excellence.
Director
Mr. Khurram Ilyas
Our Curriculum
A progressive and modern curriculum is followed with support from the best and most appropriate textbooks available. The curriculum for all classes from Pre-school to Class 8 is developed at LORDS by experienced and qualified staff.
Textbooks and corresponding workbooks are supplemented by the LORDS designed curriculum. All the topics are taught with the help of activities and interesting exercises. Some topics are selected for project work.
n Pakistan, "matriculation" (usually shortened to "matric") is a term that refers to the final examinations of 9th and 10th grades. It results in the issuance of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or Technical School Certificate (TSC). After the SSC (or TSC) students may proceed for 11th year of education at College. After successful completion of the 11th and the 12th years in college they get the Intermediate certification (HSSC – Higher Secondary School Certificate), and become eligible to enter universities in Pakistan or abroad. Pakistan has continued to use terms such as Matriculation Exams and Intermediate Exams taken from the days of the British Raj although these terms were replaced in [England itself with O' or Ordinary Level Examinations (now called GCSE) and A' or Advanced Level Examination.
The curriculum is defined and structured by Cambridge University International Examinations (CIE). LORDS is an affiliated centre and strictly follows the curriculum. The O Level faculty is amongst the best in Lahore. Regular assessment helps the students develop the necessary study skills and keeps them focused on their work. Co-curricular activities and events support the academic requirements and also help to give the students a holistic approach so that they grow up to be well-rounded individuals. Their interest and aptitudes are taken into consideration.
